Submitting a Transportation Request via the Parent Portal on the website:
Log In: Access the Parent Portal using the link provided by your district.
If you don’t have an account yet, please create one. You can learn more about registering for the parent portal in these articles:
Once on the main page, you may see profiles for multiple students. Select the profile for the child who needs a transportation request.
In the pop-up window, select the appropriate school year for which the student will need transportation.
In the student’s profile, click on the 'Submit Student Transportation Request' header to open the request fields.
Check the Does Need Transportation box, then click the + Add Transportation button.
Enter the necessary transportation details. If additional requests are needed, you can add those by clicking + Add Transportation again and filling out the additional transportation needs.
Below is a sample form. Your transportation request form will vary based on your district's transportation policies.
Once all details are entered, click Submit at the top of the page to complete the request.
Parents can review submitted transportation requests anytime by opening the student profile, selecting Change Request History, and then View to see detailed information about the request, as well as it's status.

Log in using your Parent Portal credentials, which are the same as the browser login. Use the Create Parent Account button if you don’t have an account.
Once logged in, you’ll land on the Students tab. Click on the student who needs a transportation change.
Choose the appropriate school session.
Next, click the Transportation button.
There are several steps to complete on this tab.
- Toggle Does need transportation to indicate your request.
- Enter the request details by clicking the blue + Add a Detailed Transportation Request button.
- Fill out the form with the relevant transportation details.
- When finished, click the Submit button in the upper right corner - the floppy disc icon.
A success window will appear, confirming the student change request was submitted.
You can verify the request by checking the Request History tab if needed.
