Open and Edit a Route Record
On the left side of the screen of this tab, you will be able to see the names of your created routes along with the frequency that these routes run. If you hover over the three dots, the following options will be available. From left to right, these are ‘send real-time notification to students on this route’, ‘delete route’, and ‘edit route’.
If one route is marked as UNAVAILABLE, that means this route does not run on the selected date in the calendar. To open and edit the unavailable route, you can click the route name to expand it, then click the small pencil icon.
For route 07 in the screenshot, the route runs on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. The selected date is 5/26/2020 Thursday. That's why the route is marked as unavailable.
Edit Mode Overview
After you open the route record, the layout will be show as below. Route basic info and trip details will be shown up on the left. Corresponding trip path will be displayed on the map.
The route name is the same as the vehicle name by default. You can left click the route name to edit.
Vehicle info like capacity will be shown under the route name. Alone with route duration, distance, and recurrence.
To change vehicle for the route, you can click the vehicle number directly. Or check this instruction.
To update recurrence for the route, you can click the Every Weekday to navigate to the recurrence settings.
Routes are composed of trips. Trip are composed of stops and student assignments. You can check trip details by clicking the trip name to expand the information.

There are four tabs on the route property window. You can asisgn bus aide from the general tab. You can replace vehicles for the route under the vehicle tab.
