The school tab provides detailed information of the schools within the district. There are filter menu, operation menu, and report menu in the menu bar. On the left of this page is a list view of schools, and on the right is a map view of school locations. Similar to the student tab, schools can be filtered by using school types. They can also be searched individually through the search bar by typing in the school name or school code.

School info can be viewed on the left of the schools tab. When hovering over the three dots, these are the options provided. From left to right, these are ‘Send real-time notification’ (to the whole school), ‘delete school’, ‘edit school location’, and ‘edit school’. Please note that a school cannot be deleted if it already has an existing route that stops at this school.

The first six checkboxes under the operation menu are visual indicators. ‘Show boundary’ will show the school boundaries in a color-coded format. ‘Show walkzone’ will show a school’s given walkzone as it has been set by the district. ‘Show students’ will show a data point for each student in the district. ‘Show district boundary’ will show the overall district boundary in a pink dashed outline. ‘Show hazard zones’ will show hazard zones as they have been defined by the district in red shaded areas. ‘Show custom regions’ will show custom regions that the district has saved.
You can click the school name on the left if you only want to display these indicators of one specific school.

School reports are also available. By default, there are no school reports available to clients when they initially create their website. However, custom reports may be requested and added to the reports menu. To run a report, select the desired report from the dropdown menu, select the schools you would like the report to run for, and click ‘generate report’.
