To set up preventative maintenance, click the “general settings” drop-down menu , then select "repair codes." Then, select "add" to assign inventory, labor and time, or task checklist. Lastly, select “maintenance codes” from the drop-down menu. Then, select “add” to add a new maintenance item. Setting up initial values for the buses entails adding the date with the current odometer so that maintenance can be tracked over time. You can also set up emails to remind transportation department members about upcoming maintenance by clicking on the schedule tab and checking the box “notify emails”. Then, you can customize the notification, as well as the intended recipient(s).
