Adding attachments to a student record

Attachments can be added to a student’s record in Travel Tracker by editing the student in the Students tab.     

 

Locate the student using the search box.  Hover over the 3 dots to the right of the student name and select the Pencil icon (edit).

 

Open the attachments tab in the student record.  Click on the File button to select a file to upload.

 

Add any comments associated with the file and click on the Upload button.

Any files associated with a student record will be located in the Attachments section.  Use the Delete icon to delete an attachment or the Edit icon to edit an existing attachment.
