You may also view your trip(s) using the calendar view. The calendar view is district wide. This allows users to look ahead and determine potential dates for scheduling a trip. Some districts may not offer the vehicle and/or driver calendar. So don't be alarmed if you do not see it. |

The trip calendar calendar can be sorted by Month, Year, School, Trip Type, Zone (if your district uses zones), and Field Trip Event by clicking on the drop down arrows. Trips that are in orange are pending trips. Trips that are in blue have been approved. If there are more trips than can be seen on a particular day, there will be a scroll bar for that day and you will need to scroll to see all the trips. |
