Guide:
To access the Reports, navigate to the “Trips” tab.
Open the “Reports” dropdown menu and click “Open Report Builder.” The builder will open in a new browser tab.
To modify a report, click on the three lines in the top left-hand corner, then “browse.”
Select “All Folders." The folders listed here will be both the folder for your district’s custom reports and the folders for the pre-built reports that you see in the software.
Under the "Travel Tracker" folder, you will see a few other folders that contain the pre-built reports. These cannot be edited but a copy can be made and edited to suit your district’s specific needs, and these will be saved in your district’s folder.
To make a copy of a pre-built report, right-click on the report name and click “Make a Copy.”
This action opens the report editor. To remove a data column, click on the dropdown arrow to the right of the column name and click “delete.” Deleting a column will not remove it from the filters section of the report.
To add a different data column to the report, use the Dimensions, Metrics, and Time folders to the left. You can search for a specific data category using the search bar, or open the folders to locate.
Once the data category is located, click, hold, and drag it to where you want it on the report. A blue line will indicate where the category will go.
To remove a filtering option, click and hold the filter name in the filters box to the left. Then, drag the filter name to the left, into the Dimensions, Metrics, and Time box.
To add a filter to the report, use the Dimensions, Metrics, and Time folders to the left. You can also use the search bar to find a specific data category or open the folders to locate it.
Once the data category is located, click, hold, and drag it to the filters box. A line indicates where in the filter list the new filter will go.
To save the report, click “Publish.”
If desired, edit the name of the report and add a description.
Click "Save." The report will automatically save to your district's folders in the report builder.
To locate this report after saving, click on the three lines in the top left-hand corner, then “Browse.”
Select “All Folders,” and then your folder. This folder shows the customized reports created for your site.
Open the report by double-clicking on the name.
Since you are the creator of this report, you have an edit option in the top left. You can make any change after clicking “edit.”
