To
view a past trip, navigate to the Trips tab.
The Trips tab automatically defaults to "Upcoming Trips"
or trips that have not yet happened. There are several ways to filter for past trips. First,
clear the "Upcoming" filter by opening the Active Filters window and click Clear all.
Filter By Trip Number
If
you are looking for a specific past trip and you know the trip number, you can
type the trip number directly into the search bar to pull it up.
Clear
the search bar before trying a new filter if this does not locate the trip.
Filter by Date
If
you do not know the trip number but know a date or a range of dates when the
trip might have occurred, you can use Filters – Date – Date Range to see trips
from a specific date(s).
Select
the date or date range you need to see trips for. Click Apply.
The
search bar will show the dates selected, and all trips in the list will fall
within the selected date range.
To
open a trip, click on the trip number.
You
can also print the entire list of trips using the print option in the top right-hand
corner.
