Configuring District-Wide Driver Rates

This table allows you to create a list of district-wide driver rates. These rates can be used for estimating trips and invoicing if you do not want to use individual driver rates. Driver rates can then be added to the invoice and charged to the schools.

Configuring Rates

To configure district-wide rates, click the half-person icon in the top right-hand corner. Select the “Settings” option in the dropdown list. 



Go to Trip Request Form – Trip Estimator in the dropdown menu on the top left of the settings page. 



Locate the “District Wide Rates” section on the Trip Estimator Settings page. Expand the section by clicking on the arrow to the right.



Label your rate as something recognizable. Then, fill out at least the “Rate Per Hour.” You can also apply an Overtime (OT) rate per hour and an Other Rate per hour.



Once the rates are set, click “Save.”



Edit Existing Rates

To edit an existing rate, click on the name of the rate in the rate list.



Make any necessary changes to the rate by typing in the text boxes. Click “Save.”



Delete a Rate

To delete a rate, select the checkbox to the left of the rate name. Click the “Delete 1 District-Wide Rate” button and follow the prompts to delete the rate.
