Approving Trips When Someone is Out

Guide:

Open the “Needs Attention” widget on your dashboard. These trips happen in 5 days or less and need approval or assignments.


Click on the trip number to open the request.


Scroll through the request to review the information.


To approve a request, click “Approve.”

To request changes to the request, click “Request Changes.” Add comments to let the requester know what needs changing.

To deny the request, click “Deny Request.” Add comments to let the requester know why the request is denied.

Depending on the option selected, the request will automatically be sent to the next user in the approval process – whether that is back to the requester for changes, the next approver, or the vehicle owner for assignments.
