Travel
Tracker Trips logs trip destinations entered in the request form as “Prospective
Common Destinations.” You can view these destinations and determine if they
belong in the “Common Travel Destinations” table so that they appear in the
dropdown box in the request form. If these destinations are in the dropdown
box, the requestor will save time by not having the type in the address in the
request form. Moving the destination information from a prospective destination
to a common destination is very easy.
Navigate
to the half-person icon in the top right-hand corner and select setup tables
from the dropdown menu.
Using the dropdown to the left, select "Destinations."
This
defaults to showing your Common Destinations. To view the list of Prospective
Destinations, click the “Show Prospective Destinations” button at the top of
the screen.
Select the prospective destination by clicking on the name or address for it.
This
will open a panel to the right. Select the appropriate category for the
prospective destination.
Check
or upload information in the other sections using the arrows to the right.
Once you confirm the information is correct and upload
additional information, click “save” to make this a common destination. Once a destination is saved as a Common Destination,
it no longer appears in the “Prospective Common Destinations” list.
