How to See the Driver and Vehicle Assigned to Your Trip

When a Vehicle Owner or Administrator completes the Vehicle(s) and Driver(s) assignments for your trips, you will receive an email notification.  You may log in anytime to see which driver(s) and vehicle(s) were assigned to your trip.

When you log in to EZActivityTrips, the system automatically directs you to your dashboard. You can see assignments through your Upcoming Trips, the Trips tab, or the Assignments tab.



Through your Upcoming Trips or the Trips Tab, click the arrow to the right of the trip records for a trip that is marked both “Approved” and “Assigned.” 
If a trip is not marked as “Approved” but not “Assigned,” then there are no assignments for it yet.



Once you’ve expanded the trip record, the assignment information will show on the right.



When viewing assignments from the Assignments tab, the assignment is listed on the left. Each assignment from an individual trip is shown separately. Trips without assignments will not show on the assignments tab.
