Your district may allow you to reschedule approved trips. If
your district does not allow requesters to reschedule trips, you may need to
contact an administrator to reschedule the trip for you.
When you log in
to EZActivityTrips, the system automatically directs you to your dashboard. Select My Upcoming Trips.
On the “My Upcoming Trips” panel, locate the trip you need
to reschedule. Click the three dots to the right of the trip record.
Select Reschedule from the menu options.
If
you do not see “Reschedule,” you do not have permission and will need to
contact an administrator in your district.
Fill out the new dates and times for your trip. Click Reschedule.
