Viewing Vehicle Assignments

While assignments can be seen from almost any tab in EZActivityTrips, the fastest way would be clicking the Upcoming Assignments panel on your Dashboard or navigating to the Assignments tab.

If you navigate through your Dashboard, you will not have the same filtering options as going directly to the Assignments tab.

The Assignments tab shows all the upcoming assignments in your district.

You can use the filter options to look at trips by Vehicle Owner, Driver, Vehicle, Vehicle Location, Trip Location, Mileage not Entered, etc. These filters are compounding, meaning you can apply multiple criteria. You can also sort your results.

Filtering for Assignments from a Specific Location

To filter for assignments from a specific location, go to Filters – Trip LocationSelect the location for which you want to see assignments

After applying the filter, your list will show only assignments from your selected location. The counter in the top left will show how many assignments fit the criteria.

Filtering for Past Assignments Without Mileage Entered

As a vehicle owner, you may need to ensure that all previous trips have mileage entered. To see previous assignments with no mileage entered, clear the “Upcoming” filter from the search bar by clicking the “X.”

Go to Filters – Date – Date Range.

Select the dates you want to see assignments for, like the previous month or week. Click Apply.

Then, go to Filters – General – Mileage Not Entered.

After applying the filter, your list will show only assignments from your selected date range that do not have mileage entered. The counter in the top left will show how many assignments fit the criteria.
The trip mileage shown is estimated mileage based on the location and destination. It is not the actual mileage for these trips.

From this view, you can see basic information about this trip, including the Vehicle, Driver, and Estimated Mileage.

To see more information about the trip, or to enter mileage information, click on the arrow to the right of the trip summary. You can also download the trip ticket using the three dots to the right of the arrow.

To enter mileage, click on the pencil icon, fill out the time and mileage information, then click save.

The pencil icon will turn into a save icon after you make changes.
