Navigate
to the appropriate trip through your Dashboard or the Trips tab.
Open the trip request by clicking on the trip number.
If you want to email any
information to any staff members associated with the trip, click on the Envelope
Button to the right of the Trip Request.
This will open the email
information section of the trip request. You can see historical email
information as well as send new emails. Click Send Email to draft a message. You can
edit the “to” box and send it to anyone else in the district.
Add your recipients in the “Send To”
box by typing their full email and clicking enter or selecting their email from
the dropdown list. Type your message and click the green Send button. When the receiver gets the email, they can
reply, which will come to your regular email. There will be a link to the trip
in the email.
All emails sent for a trip are
listed in the Email Audit log. You may need to refresh the screen to see an
email just sent.
