Following your Request through the Approval Process

Viewing Upcoming Trips

When you log in to EZActivityTrips, the system automatically directs you to your dashboard. You can request new trips, view upcoming trips, and update trips marked as “changes requested” from this screen.

To view upcoming Trips, click the My Upcoming Trips panel towards the top left. The green number indicates how many future trips you have.

Trip Request Status

Trip Request status is indicated by the color of the trip panel. There is a key in the top right for each color.

Green: Approved & Assigned
Blue: Approved but not Assigned
Orange: Pending Approval
Yellow: Waiting on Quote/Changes Requested (Not Submitted)
Red: Canceled/Denied

Alternatively, you can see the trip request status in the record under the “Status” column.

Pending Approval

If a Trip is Pending Approval, you can hover over the pending status to see who the approver is.

Changes Requested

If an approver is concerned about the trip, they can mark it as “changes requested.” Opening the trip will provide more detail about the requested changes. You will need to make the changes an resubmit the trip for approval.

Vehicle Assignments

If a vehicle is assigned to your trip, you will see it in the vehicle assignment column.

To see all your vehicle reservations, navigate to the Assignments tab.

The dropdown menu gives you several options for sorting your reservations.

You will see all vehicles listed if more than one vehicle is assigned to a trip.

Printing a Trip Ticket

If your district has elected to use the Trip Ticket, you can download and print a Trip Ticket by clicking on the three dots on the far right of the trip summary.

Then, click Trip Ticket. The driver and person responsible for the trip will sign and date this form at the end of the trip.
