Settings for Venue Arrival and Departure Times on the Trip Request Form

This setting requires Requesters to provide the field trip venue's Arrival/Departure Dates and Times.

Display Arrive/Depart Venue Date/Time on these trip types:

To access the setting for Arrival and Departure dates and times on the Trip Request Form, click in the top right-hand corner of your webpage, where you will see the half-person icon. From the drop-down menu, select settings.



On the left-hand side of the settings page, use the drop-down menu to select Trip Request Form and then Display/Hide.



Expand the Transportation section.



You can require the Arrival/Departure dates and times by trip type. Check the box for each trip type you want to require this information.
 
Any requester submitting the Trip Request Form for one of the applicable trip types must fill out this information in the Transportation section of the form.



Click save once you make any changes.
