The Out-Of-County question on the trip request form is optional.
This question appears on the trip request form after the Out of State question – just below the trip dates.Requiring the Out-of-County Question:
To configure the Out-Of-County question on the Trip Request Form, click in the top right-hand corner of your webpage, where you will see the half-person icon. From the drop-down menu, select settings.
Always Display Out-of-County Question:
As an administrator, you can determine if this is a required question regardless of the answer to the Out-Of-State question.
Yes: The question will display no matter what the answer to the Overnight/Out-Of-State question is.
No: The question will display only if the answer to the Out-Of-State question is “No.”
Display the Out-of-County Question for Specific Trip Types:
To the right of the “Always display Out-Of-County” question is the option to require the question for only specific trip types. Select which trip types will need to answer this question.
Once you’ve made the appropriate selections for your district regarding the Out-Of-County question, click save.
Setting the Out-of-County Question Label:
On the Labels page, adjust the wording in the Label to be used on the request form for Out of County option. This is a simple text box. All you need to do is delete or type to make any changes.
Once the label is adjusted to your district’s standard, click Save.
