Viewing the Trip Audit History

Specific changes to a trip are logged in the Trip Audit History. Creating a trip, all approvals reschedules, cancels, and assigning buses and drivers using varying methods should all be logged in the trip audit history. Users can view this history for each trip.

To view the Trip Audit history, navigate to the “Trips” page.



Click the three dots on the right of the trip panel for the trip you want to see the history.




Select “Audit History”




This shows a list of all changes, the user who initiated the change, the date and time of the change, and any comments made regarding the change.
