This option allows you to select which trip types require the section that gathers the contact names and phone numbers for this trip. Many districts turn this off for staff trips or athletic trips.
Turning on Display Emergency Contact and Phone Number
To access the Display Staff Only Category option, click in the top right-hand corner of your screen, where you see the half-person icon. From the drop-down menu, select settings.
On the left-hand side of the settings page, use the drop-down menu to select “Trip Request Form” and then “Display/Hide.”
Expand the “Attendees” section of the
Display/Hide Form fields page.
This is where you select which trip types require emergency contact and phone information.
Click "Save" once you make any changes:
