How to Change the Submitter for a Trip Request
Administrators are the only ones who can change the Submitter on trips. They can change the Submitter on an individual trip or mass change all trips. Once switched to a new submitter, trips are no longer visible to the original Submitter but should be visible to the new Submitter.
Changing the Submitter
To change the Submitter on a trip, navigate to the trips tab.
Changing the Submitter on One Trip
Locate the trip on which the Submitter needs changing. Click on the three dots on the far right of the trip listing.
Click the “Change Submitter” button.
A panel pops up where you can select a new submitter.
Click anywhere on the dropdown list to show the complete list of submitters, and click on the one you’d like to put on the request.
Click save. This change is logged on the trip request and in the Trip Audit History.
To change the Submitter on multiple trips, go to Operations – Change Submitter.
In the “Change Trip Requests’ Submitter” panel, select the old (original) trip submitter for the trips you want to adjust in the “Old Submitter” dropdown. Then select the new Submitter for the trip request in the “New Submitter” dropdown. Click “save” once you’ve selected the correct submitters. This change is logged on the trip request and in the Trip Audit History.
