The General Trip message is an informational message that appears on the top of the travel request form. This message is completely customizable.
Configuring or Editing the General Trip Message:
To access the General Trip Message form, click in the top right-hand corner of your webpage, where you see the half-person icon. From the drop-down menu, select settings.
On the left-hand side of the settings page, use the drop-down menu to select “Trip Request Form” and then “Messages.”
This takes you to the Trip Request Form Messages page, where you can view and edit all customizable messages in Travel Tracker Trips. The General Trip Message is at the top of this list. Click within the text box to begin editing the message. Once completed, click save.
